About me: I am a Naturopathic Doctor and opened a practice in Qualicum Beach in January 2019. I am also a mother, a wife and a yogi. I have a strong connection to herbal medicine, meditation, spirituality and various forms of healing. Prior to becoming a naturopathic doctor I studied marine biology and worked on fishing boats and in remote fishing communities along the BC Coast. My work and study of the environment and marine life led me to realize that there is a big disconnection many people have from the natural world, which I saw also mirrored in their disconnection from their own bodies. I then went on to study Naturopathic Medicine as I was inspired to help encourage reconnection with the natural healing processes of our bodies, which I feel can heal our connection to the natural world.
